The Cursed Queen by InuHoshi-to-DarkPen The Cursed Queen by InuHoshi-to-DarkPen
When a drawing took so much time, like this one did, I just hope it comes out great. I think it did.

Just throwing my theories in. But I think I should explain:

Basicly, changelings looks like ponies, so what if originally they were ponies? What if they feed on other creatures love, because as love and friendship is the biggest magical power in the world of Equestria, it was taken away from them, so they can't use magic for, maybe evil?

I know, it's crazy (and silly), but I kinda like to think about stuff like that.

Also, in this pic Faust's OC was choosen for to be, let's say punisher (probably not the right word), because I always thought of her OC to be the ultimate goddess of the world.

And for last, the queen not necesserly Crysalis, it can be simply the first queen of the changelings.

Woah. That is an amazing picture. I love it! The emotion is so clear and visceral.
Actually, hilariously - Lauren Faust does not own depictions of herself as an alicorn.

Really? Because, I have a different theory. What if the changelings used to be a different pony species? And, whay if Queen Chrysalis wasn't she appeared to be? 1000 years ago, there used to be insect-like ponies, to what I call them insecticorns, before their deformity into changelings. Also, here's Chrysalis' possible backstory, also relating to the theory: she was born with an aristocratic family, who disowned her due to her condition, which causes her to grow more ugly as she ages, which explains her "holes". She was soon found by Princess Faust (the creator of Equestria and the real-life creator of MLP: FiM) as she takes her to her home and raises her as her own. She then met Celestia, as the two of them grew close; the same goes for Luna later on. However, she couldn't stop thinking about what the others said about her appearance, causing her to grow some vengeance in her. She soon met Sombra (before his transformation, as I believe he's always been traitorous and cruel) while in the Everfree Forest. She then tells him about her past, and his advice was, "Maybe you shouldn't let them get away with it. I mean, you have so much potential, Christina. Maybe, you should give them the same treatment they have gave to you." She then responded, "Maybe they should be freaks like me." She later assisted Sombra in taking over the Crystal Empire, thus breaking the hearts of Faust, Celestia, and Luna. We all know what happened after that, and then Chrysalis, now filled with revenge and sociopathy, decided to head to her old kingdom, to take it over and transform all the insecticorns into what she is now, a changeling. Celestia told her to stop this madness, but Chrysalis responded, "You know what, Celestia? We shouldn't be doing this. We're supposed to be sisters, remember? Think about it, Celestia. You, me, and Luna against the world. We can rule together, queens of the world! Our subjects will surely bow to their knees! What do you say?" Celestia said, "I think I rather be a princess than a queen. Also, I don't know who you are anymore!" There came conflicts between her and Celestia. After that, she was banished to the Badlands for what she done, and Celestia regrets this, losing a best friend. Today, I believe Celestia and Luna are in great regret of what Christina, now Chrysalis, have became. I hope you can read this, Lauren Faust, because I've written this as hard as I can.

This is such a touching piece. It definitely stirs up different emotions in me. Its heartbreaking actually, the pained expressions you drew so well. I want to cry right along with them and they aren't even real! Awesome job <3
